An underground garage on two levels with a total capacity of 187 standard and extended parking spaces for the needs of the first phase, along with every next phase having equally spacious parking areas, is an absolute necessity of everyday life in Belgrade. For maximum safety and convenience, parking spaces in the underground garage are exclusively planned for residents, with a controlled access system through control gates.

Wishing to secure maximum comfort for all the residents, in each of the two residential buildings within phase 1 of the complex, for whichever apartment a buyer chooses, there will be an assigned parking space for the car just under the respective building.
